1. COMPANY AND PROGRAM

The Amazon Influencer Academy ("Program") is owned and operated by Tanner Clemens Collective, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to the Company's website, course platform, Amazon Influencer Academy, and any related videos, lessons, downloads, templates, guides, resources, emails, bonus materials, live or recorded trainings, or other content provided in connection with the Program (collectively, the "Content").

The Program does not guarantee acceptance into the Amazon Influencer Program, onsite placement, commissions, income, product sales, account approval, continued participation in Amazon programs, access to specific Amazon features or opportunities, brand or seller collaborations, or any particular business or financial result.

Your results will depend on numerous factors, including your individual effort, experience, skills, content, execution, audience, available opportunities, market conditions, and decisions made by Amazon or other third parties.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing the information provided in the Program.

3. NOT AFFILIATED WITH AMAZON

Tanner Clemens Collective, LLC and the Amazon Influencer Academy are independent from Amazon.

The Company is not Amazon.com, Inc., is not owned or operated by Amazon, and is not endorsed by or officially affiliated with Amazon unless expressly stated otherwise.

Amazon controls its own programs, policies, eligibility requirements, approvals, account decisions, commission structures, placement decisions, features, opportunities, and terms.

Amazon may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, policies, programs, commission rates, opportunities, or eligibility requirements at any time. The Company has no control over these decisions and cannot guarantee continued access to any Amazon program, opportunity, or feature.

"Amazon," "Amazon Influencer Program," and any other Amazon trademarks or names referenced within the Program are the property of their respective owners.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content included in the Amazon Influencer Academy and on Company websites is owned by Tanner Clemens Collective, LLC and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for your personal use only.

To the extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Updated Terms will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website or Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and other policies expressly incorporated into your purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Tanner Clemens Collective, LLC regarding your use of the Amazon Influencer Academy.

By purchasing or accessing the Amazon Influencer Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

I kept the protections from your Master Onsite Guide terms, including the personal-use-only license and restrictions on sharing/reselling your materials, which are particularly important for the Academy because of how many templates, scripts, resource lists, and proprietary materials it contains. Your original terms already establish that framework.

I’d still have your attorney review this before publishing it, especially the refund/payment-plan, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and Texas venue provisions, since this is legal language and the Academy is a higher-ticket, broader program.
